Anne Foster, LCSW, is a psychotherapist who helps clients solve problems and manage life’s obstacles in a supportive, strengths-based therapeutic environment.


Anne has practiced in the Fairfield – Westchester County area for over ten years.  In addition to her private practice, she has worked as the mental health counselor at a local college, as well as a Behavioral Health Clinician at a local outpatient clinic. 

Anne practices with a “problem-solution” focus and enjoys working with children, adolescents, adults and families.   She also enjoys working with people with special needs and their families.
